COACHING STAFF

• Commit to following the team's strength and conditioning program;
• Commit to following the team's mental training program;
• Attend monthly online meetings/training; 
• Attend optional practices/camps, when possible;
• Commit to full-time training in July and August 2022;
• Pay training fees of approximately $2,500 (estimate / paid in increments & there will be fundraising opportunities);
• Commit to one sport for the 2022 Canada Summer Games.
